  |  audio tweaker? Is there a good, free program out there that would allow one to open a song from your computer and add effects to it, cut and paste certain parts of the song, and whatnot? |

 | if you know someone with a mac, they have this program called Garage Band, it's amazing for all audio things. There is a free windows program called windows movie maker 2, it'll let you cut, and re-arrange audio, and paste, i dont think they have any special audio effect, i may be wrong though. |
