Power Supplies Don't try to fix these things. You can get seriously injured and you also void the warranty. But if you want to discuss or get help with your power supplies then this is the place to post.

Not sure what your temps mean, and your sig is so cluttered i cant understand anything other than you have a 5000+ @ 3.3ghz and some other stuff.

Read the guide in my sig if you havent already, itll save you some questions later on. Newegg just sent me an email with the Antex True Power Trio 650W for $60 good only for today. Thats over 50% off....

No, I don't see how a new PSU will cool down your system unless its a major source of heat it's self. Your temps are fine, they are slightly above ambient. even though it doesn't say what temp goes to what component.

Try that one on for size. Technically a weak PSU wont bottleneck your system it simply wont run stable if it can't keep the voltage up. Also the efficiency of the PSU drops as it approaches its max load. Just something to keep in mind if you pay the power bill=)

the PSU gets more efficient as it approaches max load, to a point

basically you want to load it 40-60% of its rated output, to get highest efficiency, so if you've got a system that needs like 200W, dont get a 1200W PSU, since it'll be inefficient, get like a 500W PSU

but yeah, it does drop once it clears 60% (and it gets a lot warmer, because its going from like say, 20% heat of ~300W, to 20% heat of ~600W, for example)
