Default Foxconn destroyer (AM2+) or Asus p5k pro(LGA 775)

should i get the foxconn destroyer and keep my AMD 5KBE or should i get the Asus P5k pro and a E5200 when it comes out? I WILL be overclocking both of them. Please don't tell me to get one because your a fanboy of AMD or Intel. I would like a completely neutral post but i don't think it will happen.

FYI: My Gigabyte GA-m61p-S3 has bit the dust that is why i am looking for a replacement.

I think I would just go for the new mobo. My friend has e5200 and he did oc it to 4ghz before turning it back he had to turn the core v to 1.5 something to achieve that stable. I thought that was way to high, he turned it back running it at like 3ghz now and is very happy with it. My only thought is that you already have the 5kbe chip and its a very good chip from what I've read. I'd save my money until I could make a bigger performance jump.
