You are a little guy you only weight 130? I'm not the strongest guy out there but i think i could squat with the 45 pound barbell and 2 45 plates giving us 135. I think i would be able to do that about 10 times. Doing the machine exercises your not always pushing the wight on a 90 degree angle so it feels lighter
