Yeah, this is definitely a scam. Report it to eBay...it could be that the winner is actually legit and someone has hacked their account and tried to nab the item away from them. It doesn't matter...report it, and you'll be the good guy for getting it straightened out no matter what.

i already reported it, with a copy of the email they sent me. never though someone would try to scam me on ebay. ****ing 5 days wasted of auction when it could had been in good hands.

there is a option to offer the product to the second highest bidder...

as i remember its worded as if you sell your pda and the second highest bidder wants one too then you can sell him the other pda..

yeah its called 2nd chance offer or something similar. sucks though cause they gona take like 10$ from me, 5.25%. i already sent an email to the 2nd highest bidder to consider it, if he does then ill sell it to him.
