| ebay will handle that, your terms are illicit that you wont ship international and you can have them removed for asking you to do so and making it hard for you to meet their agenda.
I dont know if this link will work or not but navigate to the security center for ebay and you will find a slew of contact info. eBay Security Center: General Marketplace Safety |

| Dont take this into your own hands by contacting the 2nd highest bidder. Let ebay handle it to prevent this coming down on you and making you look like the bad guy here. I would however advise the 2nd highest bidder what happened so they can be sure not to spend that money on something else in the mean time. |

You buy something, the seller never ships the product, you call ebay and report the item as never sent, paypal contacts the buyer and the buyer then ships an empty box and gives the tracking number. Paypal uses the tracking number to confirm the package was delivered. You open it up and discover it is empty, call paypal and they inform you that a federal judge ruled in court prohibiting filing multiple fraud claims for one purchase. Your SOL. Always be careful and only buy from Very reputable sellers. | did you even read the thread? or yur just telling me this because you think i am the buyer? wtf? |

| email ebay, tell em the story and they will refund your listing fees, they just did it for me yesterday because a server error caused me to list an item twice. |

| OK guys this is CLEARLY A ****ING SCAM!!! they sent me an email though my comcast service for 420$ which is way higher then the winning price. the reason this is ****ing scam cause non of the link on the email they sent me are clickable unlike a real email that is but whatever. it says money was sent to my account but there is no money in my paypal.
here is a pic of this ass hole trying to screw me. ALSO the email they send me the fake paypal email is registered to Ebay, my paypal email is a different email so thats the main reason this is a scam, ****ing POS.
here is a pic of the fake email
enjoi, fuc kers like this should die in a fire |

| OMFG. My mom works at a bank and keeps saying that phishers can be identified by their terrible spelling, and I kept telling her that that’s retarded, no serious scammer is that stupid, and you have to check the links and login with a known valid site. She was right. |

| Whenever selling anything, I *NEVER* send ANYTHING out until I have the money for it. It's smart business practices.
The only time I have ever gone against this rule is when I've dealt with long-standing, trusted members of this forum. I don't have to worry about being ripped off by them. |
