| I sell RAM and my older parts on eBay all of the time, and I'm honest. I think that most people are. You just need to be really careful about the seller's feedback. |

| I usually buy from power sellers or sellers with 100% feedback. I don't mess around and I pay only with Pay Pal on eBay auctions for safety and legitimacy concerns. |

| I sell on their once in a while, just read the description it's easier on you and the seller. If you buy something that is as-is don't expect it to be guaranteed against doa |

| Most of my parts come from ebay. Look for guys with a decent amount of feedback, 100% positive. Also make sure you read everything. |

He has also sold many more broken cpus to other buyers in the past. So paypal and ebay are combining forces to pwn this retarded seller in the *******! Even though paypal charges me a small fee to accept incoming payments, their buyer/seller protection is the way to go to arm yourself against fraudulent sellers and con-artists!

| I either want 100% feedback with plenty of sales, but I will go as low as 95% good feedback if they have sales up in the thousands, and no bad remarks in the last month.
You also gotta check how many mutally withdrawn ratings they have. |
