I was browsing the web to find some icons, I went to wincustomize, and found some really awesome ones. This guy does like one icon every few days.
I downloaded the 105 available, was annoying though, I had to download them one by one. Here are some pics:

However, if you want to download the 105 available without doing it 1 by 1, I think he has the set for IconPackager.

but the problem is, for most that stuff you have a ton of programs running underneath, but icons, it changes them and then leaves you alone.
