Default cheap usb tv tuner

i bought one of these http://eecrest.com/keyhere/150-1.jpg off of ebay for really cheap and i was thinking that i could just make a converter to convert the antenna plug so that i can plug my cable (as in local cable) into it.. would this be possible?

You would be hard pressed to find an adapter to fit that to an F type connector. But try looking at Ham Radio supply sites first, maybe digikey as well.

Isnt that card and antenna for receiving the old over-the-air TV signals that are no longer broadcast? If thats the case, I highly doubt that dongle has a digital tuner built into it, making it almost completely pointless even if you could find a way to hook up your coax to it.
