Default Stu's Polishing Tutorial for brushed aluminum

Polishing brushed aluminum is a great way to enhance the look of any case, however be prepared to work. This 14 minute tutorial will walk you through the steps I used to polish the aluminum doors on a Coolermaster, Wave Master II.

Note: Because of the curved door panels on this project, I chose to do less sanding and more buffing. It's possible to reduce your buffing time by doing more sanding prior to polishing. By starting with a 120 grit and working your way up in grit with each pass, you can achieve a very smooth finish. Please we aware that no matter how you choose to do it your still going to spend a lot of time getting your final finish. Whether you spend that time sanding or buffing is up to you!

Happy modding!
