Default new small form factor intermediate performance budget pc

Hi,

I am planning to build a small form factor pc, the case would be the aerocool m40. I have one 200gb hd(for now) and a dvd drive both from my old pc, an Intel BOXDG35EC LGA 775 Intel G35 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard(my first mb option was this ASUS P5KPL-CM LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard), and a core 2 duo wolfdale 3.0, for the memory i am still deciding on getting a 4gb(2 sticks) or a 2gb(1 stick) depending on what kind of deal i will get.... later this year i plan to buy a directx10 video card. i really want this pc to be open for upgrades...i will be using this mostly for programming, rendering and ofcourse, gaming and movies...i chose to have a small form factor because there is not much space in my room...please i really need help on choosing the right size of power supply both the size of wattage and the physical dimension and also a motherboard that fits my needs and wants....i want to know which is the best fit for my microatx pc...however i am also in a budget...overall my system should not go over $565, so i cant really have a ps that is more than a hundred unless there are other suggestions that would still keep me under buget...so all i need to buy is ps, mb, cpu, memory and case later on i plan to maximize the upgrades to the mb's limit..so the memory will be 8gb, and probably have another hd, and a better dvd drive...but most importantly keep up with the video cards

about the mobos, the intel had bad reviews but has good i/o features(video input, firewire) and upgrade options(4 ddr2 slots), the asus on the other hand has good reviews but has limited upgrade option and i/o features.

please if someone with the knowledge could take the time and tell me what is wrong and what do i need to build this good performance budget pc...this is more than just a power supply issue its more about having all the components fit together.

Thanks in advance...
btw..i plan to buy everything by the end of the month or early next month...

If you've got a Mustang that is starting to show it's age, you should pick up a new set of Mustang Headlights from AmericanMuscle.com. You'll also find a nice selection of Mustang taillights and Mustang fog lights. For bulb replacement, look into some Luminics high performance headlight bulbs. Combine this visability with better Mustang brakes to see a significant improvement to safety. AmericanMuscle.com carries 1987-1993 Fox Mustang brakes; 1994-2004 Mustang GT and V6 brakes; 1994-2004 Mustang Cobra, Bullitt, and Mach1 brakes; and 2005+ Mustang GT and V6 brakes.
