Hello All,
As you're probably aware, Xoxide.com was put up for sale recently. We are thrilled to announce that our company was the winning bidder in the transaction and will be assuming an ongoing management role in the next few days. We would like to assure everyone that you will receive the same great service and product selection you have come to expect from Xoxide and hopefully some added benefits as well.

We will keep this brief, as we're scrambling to restock the shelves and complete the transfer as we speak. Our company has over 10 years of experience in the PC and video gaming accessory industry, both on the manufacturing and distribution side. We ship products around the world to hundreds of thousands of customers, super fast. Xoxide will continue to be an independent entity, as will the forums. Our goal is to minimize any disruption in service and expect that business will continue to operate as usual.

We're happy to hear all of your feedback and suggestions for any potential improvements to the site. We will try to respond to as many of them as we can, but even if we can't respond individually, we are reading everything and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible for all of your hardware and modding needs. From what I understand, this is the first time an owner of Xoxide has actually proven they exist. I was starting to think it was merely self-aware (or a self-aware-house? Ha, ha ha)

I'm thrilled to hear this, and I'm sure every member of XFN is at least a little glad too (ranging from ecstatic.)

The only other store that gets my business is Newegg. I personally have a fairly strong brand loyalty toward the company you purchased, and if not for XFN that may have disappeared. Unless I need Performance-PCs to sleeve it, I get it from Xoxide.

I'm sure the next thing people here will ask to know is if these forums can be maintained. It's obvious, really, it's no job at all compared to the company itself - but they will want to hear it badly! :P You may (not) have noticed them talking about anything else.

Next on my list... who are you? :O
Wouldn't you like us to know more about your company?
Did you have an e-tailer before or is this acquisition one to bolster manufacturing and distribution?

Looking forward to the new store, thanks for keeping it all online. I can see from XFN it really facilitates the modding community.

I know you didnt really buy existing problems intentionally, but.... what happens if you ARE true and real, to people who got screwed out of stuff during this fire sale? This is the FIRST time ive actually worried about getting a package from Xox....

So... does that mean im NOT getting everything that i paid for? I mean i TRIED to buy 3 of the Caldera's, stock said no, you only get two. Just to be sure after i submitted my order, i checked, OOS now on them. SO id like to know what gives. Of course, i havent got anything cept these 2 emails, so for now i guess i wait...

Not to pass the buck, but you're going to have to cut us a little slack...we've technically owned the site for about an hour, but we have not even begun the transfer process. We don't have any information about previous orders or shipments, or even access to any of the current site information, but you can still contact Xoxide using their current contact information. The site says to allow about a week to process the backlog of orders from the blowout, but I'm sure they can help sort out your order. We'll certainly let everyone know when we officially take possession of the site and restart full operations.

Oh i know, not bitching at you as much as in general.

But in case someone DOES get screwed are you going to wash your hands of it or try to help? I mean i dont know how Paypal would handle that since it didnt say all sales are final or anything like that.

At least you seem more sincere than that James guy who thought he could get it for $6k....

Congratulations on your purchase! Hopefully things will work out for you.

In case you haven't figured it out by now, the former owners were very hands-off with the forum. They had virtually no presence here. They very rarely used this place as a line of communication with their customers.

Are you guys going to do the same or are you considering actually establishing a "face" here?

Congrats on the purchase. I'm enthralled that XFN is going to stay up, as I love this place. It's the whole reason I got into modding computers in the first place. I would definitely like to see the owners/employees of the new Xox show their faces around the boards because it was next to non-existent before. They never even logged on to tell us any info about them going out of business.

We haven't determined precisely what our role will be in the forums, but our primary goal initially is to keep them up and running without any disruption. We certainly intend to show our faces and use the forum to communicate relevant news, but we also don't want to over-commercialize it either. So certainly expect us to be more involved, while staying out of your way at the same time

I just ask you to please keep up with the amazing gadgets xoxide used to offer (USB poppy, USB stripper, USB misile launcher etc) and also with the amazing caffeine drinks! (mario power up, donkey jungle juice, cocaine etc)

Keep up with good prices and good shipping rates and youll be my main caffine supplier :D

Well since everything was on sale and (FINALLY) worth buying, I decided to try out all those never-seen-before energy drinks.

So far, I loved Bawls and Power Up. (yes for some reason I was late to try bawls).

Now, I have Jungle Juice, NERD and Cocaine to try. We will see how it goes.

Congratulations on the purchase.

How I wished it was us that made this post as the new owner.

We were right with you in the bidding war up to the last minute, but with the proxy bid system, we knew it would of been a bidding war up to the 6 figure range, and was contacted for more business verification and wire transfer from Sedo. We were bummed for a whole day as we know that it was a great deal, and was hoping that the winning transaction didn't go through :).

I think most people with any legitimate business experience knows the purchase price was a huge bargain, from a financial valuation or strategic perspective.

I'm glad that Xoxide went to a company with extensive experience in the industry, and see the value of the community and the customers.

They have no stock, the website is just back to normal. Everything i looked at is OOS...

Plus, i got a full refund with no explanation for my second order that i placed on Tuesday.
