Just to clarify for everyone about why the site was reverted back...basically to make the transition easier (and to avoid it saying going out of business) the Xoxide guys just restored an earlier version. Please note that all products are not current in stock, but we should be receiving new stock to our warehouse in the near future and will enable ordering again as soon as that happens. Thanks to everyone for their support and patience!

Wow I never would have noticed the site change at all if I didn't decide to do some net shopping last week and saw the massive closeout. Glad to see there will still be a store up here and to see what you guys end up stocking later.

A lot of the things they sell here are not even available on New Egg.
So, in a way, yes.

Well Newegg.ca lacks a lot of the items that are found on the American site. If Xoxide can ship internationally for less than Newegg, they may gain a lot of business internationally because we'd have to get those parts from an American site either way, and the products on Newegg.com really are in America.

Then again remember Xoxide.com's pagerank was in the top #7,000 for U.S. visitors, and up to about #35,000 for Canada so the benefit is reduced.

Still, that may be from Xoxide fleecing international customers with $45 S&H rates and driving us to other sites - I found I could get packages from CoolerGuys delivered for 1/3 the cost.

I just searched for 4 things that Xox had and new egg does not.

electroluminescent wire http://www.xoxide.com/5ftredelwire.html
Blue Lazer LED http://www.xoxide.com/logisys-jumbo-led-blue.html
24 LED Strip http://www.xoxide.com/24led-striplight-blue.html
Blue LED Fan Controller http://www.xoxide.com/copyiithfanc.html

Don't get me wrong, New Egg is not a bad site. But for modding stuff, I come here first. Xox fan prices were usually better, and I did not think that shipping was that big a deal. But I never Over-nighted stuff.

There is something that is annoying me, to be more precise, two

first, lets start with pricing. they advertising low prices. Well, lets see the G19 is $210 in the site while you can get the exact same keyboard for $180 in Zipzoomfly. xoxide deal? dont think so...

Second, have you guys checked the contact us information? More specifically, the address?
The new guys behind xoxide are the same guys from eDimmensional (AudioFX headphones, 3d glasses). I dont really know eDimmensional that much to be able to say that xoxide is in good hands now so only time will tell...

@ New Owner
I realize this is not your fault and that you told a previous inquirer that you did not receive previous order info but I wanted ti ask anyways as I see you are using the forums. I ordered multiple items 13-sept including a case. I received no emails as the FAQs said they will send upon shipment. On 21-sept I received all of the items but the case and some thermal paste. I realize they mail cases seperate and could take up to 2 days longer but as I recieved no shipping info I emailed and called on 21-sept no response now(23-sept) which is also past the time UPS would come. Should I not be expecting this case? What would you adivse to contact them? Thanks in advance and I know this is not your fault and you probably can't do anything.

Not everyone can have the lowest prices at all times on everything they sell. Have some common sense. Every site on the net will advertise. Thats life, Do you rag on Tigerdirect if they are not the lowest on a certain item?

Slim, you have not been here very long, maybe you have placed a few orders, maybe a lot. If you are just flying in to rag on Xoxide, well, why? You don't have to purchase from them if you don't want to. There are quite a few folks here that have been ordering from Xoxide for some time, and we most likely will continue to do so. Of course, we will see what the new owners do. But I'm not going to condemn them when they have not even had a chance to start things up. There is no point. There is no point to complain, if you don't give them a chance to give you something to complain about.

Im just saying they advertised very low prices. I hope they are still fixing the prices if not, it will show that new management is nothing but new people behind with no intention to improve.

Im new to the forums, but I been into computers and technology for a long time already. I bought a couple of times from xoxide too because no other place had their stuff but right now im just hoping this changes.

Sorry if I sounded too aggresive, but thats just me. So much change here and there to end up with the same as before would be really dissapointed. Specially when you are advertising the opposite.

Xoxide grew from a basement operation run by teenagers. They've branched out into other fields. Hopefully the new owners can re-establish the Xoxide brand and make everything more cohesive.

Regardless of what you may think, Xoxide is legend in this field just like Danger Den. They are some of the first in the scene to really help break PC modding into the mainstream. Xoxide is like the Tony Hawk of mod suppliers.

Hey everyone, new Xoxide GM here. I noticed a lot of complaints about the pricing of various items and shipping. I'd like to reassure you all that we are doing everything we can to deliver the best possible prices on everything we carry! We are currently having some issues with our Yahoo store system that prevents us from updating much of the site, including prices across the board, so please bear with us as we work to resolve this situation. As for the shipping, we are currently trying to work something out with USPS for all our ground shipping options. As it stands, we cannot ship to Canada with anything other than express air, so orders from Canada will currently be a bit pricey for shipping. Once again, we are working to resolve this issue, and hopefully we will have everything in perfect running order very soon!

Also, if you have a question or problem with your old order, you can call 610-422-3415 to talk to the previous owner/operators. As stated, we have NO records whatsoever of any of the old orders.

Thank you!
