I have to say, setting up a tinyURL for us was thoughtful.
First off, you have a nice array of top-mounted ports. E-SATA on a $100 mid-tower case is attractive. Also included is Firewire which mine doesn't even have on the front.
As for whether or not your GPUs will fit in, I don't understand what else they could mean when they say that a case is SLI-certified. I think you are good there, which I already assumed when I saw nVidia was making it. Just don't get CrossFire.

(Not that it's inferior... it's not. ATI is.)
The only way you're going to get an external 3.5" bay is with a converter supplied, from a 5.25" bay. There is a drawback I would hate; if you wanted to convert 3 bays to a fan with scythe kama or like equipment, and use a fan controller or other 3.5" external device, you are limited to just one optical drive in the front. I just wouldn't like not having and 3.5" external drives, but you may find them irrelevant. I know that if I water-cooled, I wouldn't be using them because to me they (3.5" ext bays) are only for fan controllers and media card slots. It does also appear to lack media card slots, but the ones which enter a 5.25" bay are much nicer.
I assume that you'll be water-cooling because of the rubber grommets built into the back for your radiator. Those are pretty nice and if you're made of money,
this is on sale at xoxide. It is pretty cool.
The bottom-mounted PSU is also a great feature, again it goes well with water-cooling. Your hottest air-cooled heat source will be your PSU, followed by your hard drive (that is if you water-cool your RAM.) It's ok to have it on the bottom because the hot air it radiates upward toward your GPU and chipset won't have a terrible effect. Then having your 120mm rear fan as high as possible on the back makes it more effective at removing heat, which does not have to travel through your PSU. What do you want to be hotter, your PSU or just a fan? This case is really nice, just don't air-cool it.
Finally I do notice the generic version of the case without the nVidia branding is getting some great reviews on other stores. Unfortunately there is no fan on the bottom of the case. 75% of users who were compelled to provide a review or a rating gave it 5 stars.
