Lol. Perfect timing for me to join i guess. Well I did start my own marketing online marketing business. So it's all about the Geek usernames. It's what compelled me to rebuild my system to something unique.

@Zenshi: Thanks for the kudos. I forgot to plan for the power and reset button though, haha. so it just hangs from the cord. My after the fact plan is to grab one of those big red military style toggle switches and mount that somewhere. Who knows, I might go a little more discrete when push comes to shove.

Big update for my workspace! I spent about $550 getting it to this point, but it's money well spent in my book! That paid for my desk, bookcase, new Dell monitor, and framed pictures.

Here's my old setup, this desk has served me well, but it was time to get something better.

I originally had a floating shelf placed here, but when it came to mounting it, it turned out it was complete shit. Waste of time, so I brainstormed last night and came up with this.


My 2007 Chevy Impala SS I traded in, currently I have the red 2011 Chevy Camaro 2LT, and that brown car was my 1983 Pontiac Grand Prix LJ that I sold. Miss the GP and Impala dearly, so that's why I enjoy looking at them. Good times!

Haha, thanks man! Yeah, I really love having my one monitor in portrait orientation. I'll be testing her out with some HTML/CSS soon. It's fantastic for viewing websites with a lot of content on a single page.

My work areas just been upgraded with a new triple monitor stand.....

Heres the old lady area....but since this photo was taken ive built her a new system with three monitors and a new tower.Had radically modify that desk.....will post some pics of that in the future.

Thanks! I spend about eight hours each day on the computer and was tired of (a) having my desk cut off my circulation due to lack of depth, (b) not having enough room to spread things out and (c) having to store away my Wacom tablet every time I wanted to use my mouse.

I'm considering building an mATX, low-power linux build into one of the white shelves, there's totally enough space :D
