| Neat Freak I never realized that I should be more messy... Sorry to disappoint. My room is a little small already without having garbage everywhere.
My room:
Night shot with ominous red glow from side window:
This one's a week or 2 old, I've done some wm since then. The cable crossing the processor fan is up above the mobo, the SATA cables are ties together and not running past the side fan, and the side fan's wires are sleeved. |

| Ummm... well it was partially a christmas present, because it's about $400 in oak... so it was a little bit of a project, that we stretched out for the sake of making it ready for present so it still felt like a present, y'know what I mean?
I designed it in a night or two though...
Doesn't look like much, but there's a lot to it.
I can break it down into 3 seperate pieces if I want
Left: Art / Project Area.
Middle: Computer / Media Area
Right: TV & Console Area
they all come apart and can go where they want type of deal..
the drawers in the middle section were measured out to fit DVD cases and CD cases pretty accurately and what have you.
I unfortunatley don't use the art section of the desk for more than putting my drink on there when i'm going to bed type of deal right now... I made the mistake of not thinking it through that it's right next to my bed, and i'd rather not have the 'dusts of art' in my face @ night...
I may rotate it a bit... but it's hard to rearrange a room around a piece of furniture that big, when you have a door going straight outside, and a door going into the kitchen to deal with. |

i've got this infacuation with interior design, and furthermore, the fact that 90% of interior design lacks functionality along with it's design.
Seems like everything out there is either really nice looking, but "works" ****ty, or is really conventional, but looks like ****.
just hook me up with room dimensions/bed size (in feet if you can.)
etc, and I'll see what I can do. |
